Less busywork.
More capacity.

I build systems that take the repetitive work out of your week. Made for small businesses.

How it works

I start with your week,
not with a product.

  1. I break down your week.

You tell me where the hours actually go. Not a guess at it — the real list of what fills your week, start to finish.

  2. I find what a system can take.

Some of that work repeats the same way every time. Quotes. Chasing clients. Keeping track of what's due. That's the work to hand off.

  3. You get a few hours back.

What you do with them is your call. Work on the business, or step away from it for once. That part isn't up to me.

The problem

Sound familiar?

Four things small business owners have told me they were stuck on.

If two of those are yours, that's the conversation.

Why CR8 Capacity exists

One man, every job.

My dad ran a small trucking company. He was the driver. He was also the mechanic, the manager, HR, the finance guy, the one who talked to clients, the one who sold, and the one who dealt with the bank.

There wasn't an hour in his week that wasn't already spoken for. So he could only ever react. He couldn't get ahead of anything, couldn't plan, couldn't grow the business — not because he wasn't capable, but because the business never gave him the room.

The ceiling was never his effort.

I've watched the same thing close in on other people in my family who run their own companies. Every hour goes to running the thing, so no hour goes to building it.

That's what CR8 Capacity is for.

Working together

What actually happens.

  1. STEP 01

    A first call.

We start with what's hard for you right now, in your words. I don't bring a fixed package, so the work gets shaped from what you tell me.

  2. STEP 02

    The week breakdown.

We go through your week and write down what the hours are made of. Then we find the pieces a system can take on.

  3. STEP 03

    Build, then repeat.

I build a system for one piece so it takes far less of your time. Then we move to the next piece, and the next, until hours come back.

Who you'd be working with

I'm Gabriel.

I started out serving and bartending on Fort Myers Beach until a hurricane destroyed it. After that came roofing sales, a few other sales jobs, and my dad's trucking company.

Then I went back to school. I'm in my last year at Florida Gulf Coast University, and along the way I got deep into psychology research — I published a systematic literature review in Cogent Psychology on artificial intelligence and psychological mechanisms.

CR8 Capacity is what I do full time now. It's the thing I was always going to end up doing; the research was the road back to building.

I'll be straight with you about where I am: this is early, there's no firm and no team, and I'm working closely with a small number of businesses while I build it. What I bring is a serious head for systems and a close-up view of how small businesses actually run — from the truck, the roof, and the bar.
